The Institute for Best Employment Practices

The Institute for Best Employment Practices (IBEP) is a labour law
advisory service set up to assist employees. IBEP strives to promote 
equity and harmony in employment relationships. 

Our mission is to promote and advance fair labour practices in 
South Africa by assisting our members with the negotiation of their 
employment conditions. To this end, we act as legal representatives 
for members in employment claims; work in partnerships with 
employees at work; assist with resolution of grievances and facilitate 
employment improvement initiatives.
